Privacy and data protection
This portal is an independent information project. We keep only the minimum data your account needs, and you can export or delete it whenever you want.
What we store if you register
Without an account the portal works anonymously: no advertising cookies, no profiling. If you register, we store:
- Account
- Email address and, if you provide them, display name and preferred language. Your password is stored hashed by the authentication provider; we never see it.
- Calculator scenarios
- The inputs and results you choose to save, with the label you give them.
- Preparation progress
- The checklist items you tick on the business pages and the business type you selected.
- Return point proposals
- The point details you submit (name, address, coordinates). If approved, the point becomes public; your identity is not published.
- Technical logs
- Short-lived server logs (for example IP address and errors) needed for security and to keep the service running.
Legal basis and retention
- We process account data to provide the service you asked for, and technical logs under legitimate interest in site security.
- We do not sell data, do not use it for advertising, and do no profiling or automated decision-making.
- Account data is kept while the account exists. If you delete it, your scenarios, progress and the link to your proposals are removed.
- Data is hosted on our backend provider's infrastructure inside the European Union.
Your rights (GDPR)
As a registered user you can exercise these rights straight from your account or by contacting us:
- Access and portability: download a copy of your data as JSON.
- Rectification: fix your name or language in the interface.
- Erasure: delete your usage data or remove the whole account.
- Restriction and objection: contact us and we will stop any non-essential processing.
- Complaint: you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
